This Bungalow Construction Project was developed for Mr. G.P Sharma at Narayan Vihar, Mansarovar, Jaipur (Rajasthan), with a total built-up area of approximately 5200 Sq. Ft. The project involved complete residential construction executed with a focus on structural quality, modern design, and comfortable living spaces. Our scope of work included complete civil construction, RCC structure work, masonry, flooring, plastering, elevation development, waterproofing, finishing works, and coordination of basic electrical and plumbing provisions as per approved drawings and client requirements. The bungalow was designed with spacious layouts, modern architectural elements, and premium finishing to create a functional and elegant residential space. The overall project duration was planned for 2 years, while the assigned scope was successfully completed within 11 months through efficient planning and execution.
